Special check-in instructions

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and early check-in is subject to availability. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID or passport along with their booking confirmation upon arrival. Special requests, including extra beds, honeymoon setups, or allergy-friendly rooms, are subject to availability. Kindly note that resort policies regarding pets, smoking, pool timings, and facility usage apply during your stay.

Children and extra beds

• Below 5 years: Complimentary stay.
• 5–11 years: 50% discount on meals when sharing existing bed.
• 12 years and above: Full adult charges.
• Extra bed can be arranged in the spacious living room upon request, with additional charges.
